Mar, 11 2019Joe Stadler5I am relatively new to yoga but have tried various studios before. This is by far the best blend of spiritual, physical and emotional empowerment I have ever experienced. The teachers are all about the students, not the perfect yoga pose. It's all about how you feel and what you get out of it and they teach you to push yourself without making you self-conscious. In under 10 lessons I have built physical and emotional strength I never knew I had. Highly recommended, I wish all Yoga shops were like this.
