NAIL INFECTION - They do not use clean tools. The reason that I am taking this to an online review and not the establishment is because they would not listen. They do not know how to apologize for anything or take fault in any matter. My friend and I went there last week for TWO appointments at 5:30. We did not get in until 6 p.m. and that was after I had to say something to a worker and they called somebody in to take care of us. I did not make two appointments so that we could go back to back. We didn't get out of there until 7:30 p.m. What's the point of making an appointment then? After looking at my nails the color she used was a solid 7 shades off from the one I chose, but she decided to argue with me when I said it was different. Now, this past weekend I woke up to my finger throbbing, swollen and red. This morning it started to puss. All signs of a nail infection. They did not open sterilized products from client to client.
