Jimmie's Pizza — Establishment and food at 765 Farmington Avenue, West Hartford, Connecticut.

Jimmie's hits you with the delicious scent of baking pizza the minute you open the door, so that by the time you get to the counter to pick up your takeout, you are famished! When the pizza is cooked thoroughly (I like it when the crust is crunchy) it is delicious. Sometimes it comes out undercooked and soggy. Not good. My only issue is that the cheese they use is somewhat greasy and requires paper towels to soak it up. Some people like it that way. Who am I to judge? After all, I love anchovies on my pizza. Staff is appreciative of the business and lets you know it. Phone orders are filled on time.
