Hibachi Grill & Supreme Buffet — Establishment and food at 52 Kane Street, West Hartford, Connecticut.

Took my family there for my son birthday brunch, I figured hey I've been here before it was a pretty good experience. Boy was I wrong.. For instance my main concern was how we was treated, not the greatest customer service I tell you. First off why wait til the adults leave the table to question my three youngest ages to my oldest one that was really uncalled for and second why do they feel the needs to tell my mom that shes not allow to purchase her grandkids their sodas. The manager waited til my mom was practically alone to barcade her to the corner to say you are lucky that my cashier took your order instead of me because I wouldn't let you purchase more soda, last time I remember she paid you for them she's a paying customer. And the waitress got tipped so that was not the issue and I made sure my kids as well as my guest picked up our mess even though I was told not to. Their attitude and rudeness was uncalled for next time I'll just take my business elsewhere. There are plenty of upscale and better Japanese restaurant that I can spend my hard working cash at. Thank you.
