The Doctors are great but the Customer service is horrible!! They are not helpful or professional, they are rude, rush you and great treat you as if you should already know things and are stupid if you do not. They do not schedual your appointments properly. They will call you last min to cancel an appointment, if you are unavailable they will just leave a message with your new rescheduled appointment and assume you will get the message without ever speaking to you or calling back to confirm. But you are not allowed to cancel last min or miss an appointment because it will be held against you and if you miss 3 appointments they will no longer see you, even if they are at fault and they will not inform you of this!

Excellent help finding an appointment to coordinate with work schedule. Very patient and accommodating.
