I have an older home (c 1900) that has had several additions over the years resulting in numerous dormers that can be hard to get at. The house was vinyl sided 20 years ago and had not been power washed for over 14 years. I had not noticed how dingy the house had become until it was power washed! AC Maintenance was very prompt, professional and friendly as well as reasonably priced. Extensive work has been done on and around the house over the years and it is comforting when I can find a company I actually WANT to hire again. We had this company come out again this year for power washing. Once again, their performance and professionalism was refreshing.
